Seattle by boat

In August of last year, we explored Seattle by Boat and sailed to one of the islands.  For $7.50 each, we rode to Bremington Island.  It was about a 3 hour ride (round trip).  I took this photo coming back to Seattle.  The weather was very nice that day. 

Before heading out to WSU this past May, we took a boat ride to Bainbridge Island.  This time we walked along a small stripe of retail stores.  The boat ride was about 40 minutes each way.  The weather was very gloomy that day.  As we arrived back to Seattle, I took this picture of the needle.  When visiting Seattle during May,  I recommend buying a warm jacket from Columbia or Northface.  If you get the chance, check out Ivar's fish bar.  Good portions for the price and you get to feed the seagulls after.
